You need to receive an invitation to be able to log into the booking system.
Invitation rounds: We invite new eligible tenants to our online booking system three times a year during what we call ‘booking rounds’. Read more about how to get an invitation and about who we can invite to our system here.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays:
9:30 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 3 pm
Wednesdays: 1 pm – 3 pm
Fridays: 10 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 3 pm
Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays:
CLOSED
The office will be closed on the following days:
March 28 – April 1 – Easter break
May 1 – Workers day
May 9 – Ascension day
May 10 – Closed
May 20 – Whit Monday
June 5 – Constitution day
December 24 – 26 – Christmas
December 31 – January 1 – New years
Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday: 10am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm
Wednesday: from 1pm – 3pm
