If you have been invited for two semesters but only booked your accommodation for 1 semester, you can extend your stay in the booking system by changing the rental period configuration. Find a detailed guide on how to extend your contract in our Booking Manual under ‘Changing Your Rental Duration’.

Please note that RMC, ITU and MIT students cannot make extensions. You have to contact the coordinator at your university in order to get more information.

If you were admitted for 1 semester and extended your admittance to the University of Copenhagen, you must e-mail us the documentation of your extended admittance. Then we will change your admittance status in the booking system, so you can extend your contract yourself. Please follow the guide in the Booking Manual under ‘Changing Your Rental Duration’ for how to extend your contract.

NB! Please make sure to inform us about your extension with the university and your wish to extend your rental period before the deadline, which is announced by email every semester.

The Housing Foundation can only offer housing for 2 semesters (1 year). If you have already stayed with us for 2 semesters, we cannot extend your contract. If we still have vacant rooms we might be able to invite you to the system again. Please contact us if this is the case.
