You need to receive an invitation to be able to log into the booking system.
Invitation rounds: We invite new eligible tenants to our online booking system three times a year during what we call ‘booking rounds’. Read more about how to get an invitation and about who we can invite to our system here.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays:
9:30 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 3 pm
Wednesdays: 1 pm – 3 pm
Fridays: 10 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 3 pm
Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays:
CLOSED
The office will be closed on the following days:
March 28th – April 1st – Easter break
May 1st – Workers day
May 9th – Ascension day
May 10th – Closed
May 20th – Whit Monday
June 5th – Constitution day
September 25th – Closed for internal meeting
October 30th – Closed for internal meeting
December 23rd – 27th – Christmas
December 31st – January 1st – New years
Mon, Tue, Thur and Friday: 10am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm
Wednesday: from 1pm – 3pm
