Please be informed that at this dorm there is video surveillance in all common areas.
This is in relation to the tenants safety and will only be used in case of suspicion of theft, illegal entry or vandalism.
There is also a security company on site that take rounds every day including weekends.
About the dorm
In Frederiksberg, shops, cafés, and pubs are abundant and there are several libraries, music venues and museums.
The large park Frederiksberg Have is right around the corner and extends into Søndermarken Park, making it easy for runners and walkers to stretch their legs. Frederiksberg Have also contains Copenhagen’s zoo and often the elephants can even be seen from the regular park.
For nightlife, the nearby Nørrebro area is perhaps the most popular quarter for going out in Copenhagen.
There are lots of places to eat, drink, dance and experience live music. But there is also much to see, for example the famous graveyard Assistenskirkegården, where celebrities and musicians are traditionally buried and the locals go for walks.

If severe damage occurs in the building such as extensive water damage, and electrical fuse blows, a window is broken etc. you must call

Damages that can wait until the next business day should be created as a ticket in the UMEUS App, and then our Facility Manager (maintenance caretaker) will check the issue as soon as possible.
Lock out / Lost keys
If you lock your self out during office hours, a new key chip can be made. Contact the Community Managers on site. Please note that there is a fee for this.

Please bear in mind that there is a fee for this.
If your key chip stops working, it can be updated at all entry doors, by holding the key chip up to the electronic pad and waiting for the green light to appear

Please note: We never provide bedlinen, duvets, or pillows. Please bring or buy what you require. We also do not provide kitchen items (e.g. pots, pans, plates, etc.) for your room, however the shared kitchens will have some kitchen items available.

You are required to read and familiarize yourself with the house rules as well as the Residence Handbook before you arrive.

It is mandatory to participate in the weekly common cleaning of kitchens. Active participation in the dorm’s community is expected.
