Before your departure, it is important that you do a thorough cleaning of your room, bathroom, and kitchen along with any shared spaces. After you move out, an inspection will take place and then the cleaning crew will prepare the residence for future tenants.
If the cleaning crew find signs of wear and tear in the residence from a lack of frequent cleaning, additional charges will be added to the cleaning rate. The charges varies according to the severity of the dirt, wear and tear.
These additional charges will be added to your payment plan as cleaning fees and will be deducted from your deposit.
We therefore urge you to be sufficient in your departure cleaning and take pictures after as documentation.
