Key pick-up
Before you can pick up your keys you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Made all required payments
- Uploaded your contracts
- Packed an ID (passport or identification card with picture)
- If you are unable to pick up your keys yourself you will need to send an email authorizing someone else to pick them up on your behalf
When can you pick up your keys?
- You can pick up your keys from the day your rental period begins. If the rental start date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday you can only pick up your keys on the following work day. You cannot pick up your keys before the contract start date.
Where and when can you pick up your keys?
Most keys must be picked up at our office in Njalsgade.
However, tenants at Signalhuset, Tietgen kolleiget, and Basecamp must pick up their keys directly at the residence.
